You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false information, upload harmful files, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Submitting a form, calling Garage Glow, emailing project information, or receiving a preliminary estimate does not create a binding service agreement. Any pricing, timing, or project recommendation shared before a written proposal is provided should be treated as preliminary.

A project becomes binding only when Garage Glow and the customer agree to a written proposal, scope of work, payment terms, scheduling terms, and any required approvals.

Garage Glow may schedule work based on crew availability, material availability, weather, surface condition, customer readiness, access, and other practical factors. Coating projects may require the customer to clear the work area, provide access, keep pets or people away from the work zone, and follow cure-time instructions.

Schedule dates may change because of weather, moisture, unsafe site conditions, delayed approvals, unexpected concrete conditions, or events outside Garage Glow's control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, disclosing known concrete issues, and confirming any homeowner association, landlord, property manager, city, county, or other approvals needed for the project.

Customers are also responsible for removing belongings from the work area unless the written proposal says otherwise. Garage Glow is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable access, uncleared areas, inaccurate information, or missing approvals unless required by applicable law.

Garage Glow may offer warranty coverage on eligible coating systems, including a 15-year warranty where applicable. Warranty availability, exclusions, maintenance requirements, transferability, and claim procedures should be stated in the written estimate, proposal, or warranty document.

No website statement changes the terms of a written warranty. If there is a conflict between website copy and a signed written proposal or warranty document, the written project documents should control.

Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any late-payment rules should be listed in the written proposal or invoice. Website content does not set payment terms unless those terms are included in a written agreement.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Garage Glow's liability may be limited as described in the written agreement between Garage Glow and the customer. Website users should not rely on website content as a guarantee of outcome, price, timing, product performance, or suitability for a specific property.

The text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, service descriptions, and other materials on this website may be owned by Garage Glow or its licensors. Website visitors may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Project photos, if submitted by customers, may be used only as allowed by the customer agreement, media release, or applicable law.

The website may link to third-party websites, maps, review platforms, payment tools, financing tools, social media pages, or advertising platforms. Garage Glow does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

These Terms of Service are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, unless another law is required to apply.

Garage Glow may update these Terms of Service as the website, services, tools, or legal requirements change. The updated version should include a new effective date when published.
